I am interested in starting a monthly group open to anyone in a “helping” or “caring” profession, working currently or not, to read some Jewish texts and essays on themes of chesed. If you are interested or would be willing to host such a group please be in touch.
If you are interested in an Introduction to Judaism series, out of general interest or because you or a family member is considering becoming Jewish, I am trying to schedule a class so contact me.
If you are interested in a one-shot, low-commitment opportunity to study a week’s Torah reading, I am looking for two things — pairs of people to talk with me on the phone early in a week about my Dvar Torah for Shabbat, and individuals willing to write and record a 3-minute Dvar Torah to be posted on the web! I’ll be approaching many people but if you are interested let me know.
